Are you a night owl? Then it isn’t necessary to get up at 6:00 in the morning. Work in your “productivity hours” and create a productive environment. Turn up the music, take a cup of coffee, and start to tackle your most challenging tasks.
If you feel like you have reached a dead-end, change your workplace. Or even go to work at the cafe or park. It can give you fresh ideas and inspire you.
Practice time management
Set goals and break them into smaller sub-goals. Plan out a weekly schedule. Don’t forget to add some time for a tea or coffee break and relaxation time. It is quite important to create a realistic schedule.
Use rewards for motivation. For example, when you have finished one of the most important tasks of the day, you can grab a coffee or eat something delicious.
No one is perfect, so stop beating yourself up about the past. If you will repeat that you are a loser, it will only make things worse. You can use the previous experience of procrastination to your advantage as well.
